Biography

At the age of seven years, she learnt to play the melodica in elementary school. Afterwards, when she was eight, she began to study harmonica as a self-taught.
• She attended several summer seminars on harmonica in Fermo with Maestro Helmut Herold, a German concertmaster and harmonica teacher at the State Conservatory of Music of Trossingen in Bavaria. The courses were organized by Jeunesses Musicales in Fermo (Italy).
Later, she learnt to play the violin and in 1995 she graduated at the Conservatory of Music ‘G. Rossini’ in Pesaro.
• She continued her studies with Maestro Dora Bratchkova and Maestro Max Cohen in Rome.
• She played in the Youth Symphony Orchestra-Vocational Training Centre for the Orchestra of Budrio (Bologna, Italy).
• She attended the International Summer Orchestra Courses – Youth Symphony Orchestra ‘F. Fenaroli’ in Lanciano (Chieti, Italy) and the Orchestral Training Course at Professional Music Academy ‘Nikita Magaloff’ in Grandola ed Uniti (Como, Italy).

• She played in various orchestras: ‘Orchestra Cameristico Sinfonica Picena’, the Orchestra and Chorus of the ‘Beaux Arts’ Cultural Association, ‘Club del Teatro Lirico’ in Rome, the ‘Orchestra Filarmonica dell’Adriatico’ in Fano (Pesaro, Italy), the ‘F. Cilea’ Orchestra in Palmi (Reggio Calabria, Italy), the ‘G. Giordani’ Orchestra in Fermo, the ‘D.Alaleona’ Orchestra in Montegiorgio and the ‘Clara Schumann’ Vocal and Instrumental Quintet.
• In 2011, she obtained a Second Cycle Degree in Violin at the Musical Institute ‘G. Braga’ in Teramo with highest honours.
• In 2014, she obtained a Second Cycle Degree in Chamber Music at the Musical Institute ‘G. Braga’ in Teramo.
• She played in various exhibitions and received many awards. In 2011, she played in a piano/violin duet at the National Exhibition ‘Adamo Volpi’ in Loreto (Ancona, Italy). She was nominated one of the most deserving musicians of the contest and she won the opportunity to record an album.
• In 2013, she and her Classic Trio (soprano, violin and piano) won the first prize of the ‘Cupra in note’ Competition in Cupramarittima (Ascoli Piceno, Italy) and also the first prize of the PianoBar Festival in Lignano Sabbiadoro.
• She has worked in many ensembles (mainly in duos and trios) and has performed different genres.
• Since several years she has been studying diatonic button accordion (8-bass accordion) with Maestro Alexander Mugnoz, accordion teacher at the Musical Institute ‘G. Pergolesi’ in Ancona (Italy).

She is the author of the book “The easy harmonica”

Theoretical and practical method with over 100 musical tracks for chromatic and diatonic harmonica.
The method, created by the author, is an educational guide and is aimed at all those who, despite having no musical knowledge, wish to approach the knowledge and study of the harmonica.
